You know, some days I think I should start a regular monthly column titled
"You want to do what????" :) I've answered some strange questions today.

This isn't one of them -- this seems like a reasonable request and I think
I know the answer, but I'm not sure.

A reader wants to save her custom Quick Steps when IT upgrades her Outlook.
I'm thinking it should be automatic -- if they're stored in her pst file
and they upgrade, shouldn't it upgrade her custom Quick Steps along with
everything else?
