You can either look into the sp_attach and sp_detach procedures or simply
back up the databse on the server running it and restore the backup on the
other sql server. Either way is quite simple and effective.

Subject: [dba-SQLServer][AccessD] Moving SQL Server db

I need to move my SQL Server databases from SQL Server running on my server
to SQL Server running on my desktop. Is there an easy procedure for doing
this?
