[dba-SQLServer]Generate Insert Statements

Hello Arthur,

Is that what I think it is?

I have been considering writing a tool for a while that will concatenate
onto the script that EM can generate that would repopulate my tables for me,
especially with ones with the ID set to 0,

At a glance, it looks like he has done it for us,
