[dba-SQLServer] 2-minute window

how about a new table that stores the temporary grabs. in that table is a
column called "expire_datetime". when that table is populated, the
"expire_datetime" is set to 2 minutes into the future. A sql server agent
that runs every two minutes can remove records that have expired.
