[dba-SQLServer] DTS Jobs FireWalled?

we have a server outside of our company... our SysAdmin just installed
a new Cisco Router + Firewall and now none of the DTS jobs run from
their schedule, they DO run if we click on the DTS and run it
manually, they fail when run from the Sql Server JOBS.... the jobs are
ment to run locally against the local server... why would the DTS
package call outside the network?

btw, The Sql Agent has admin rights on the box.
