Dynamically; the minimum is set to 0Mb and the maximum is set to 1024MB.

How much ram did you allocate to SQL Server?  If you open EM, and right
click on your registered server, you will have a tab for the memory
configuration, is it set to fixed, or dynamic, and if dynamic what is the
maximum range?
