[dba-SQLServer] Can't Register Server

I'll have to try it again tonight.  Last night I was just pounding on EM
trying to get a server registered.  I'll have to rummage around for the
Northwind script and try to run it on QA.

Back up a bit... when you say QA launches but won't create or restore, 
you mean it won't accept your scripts? what is the error message it is 
giving you?
