[dba-SQLServer] Difference between views and queries

Francisco,

I think you might have invented a whole new debating technique.
Probably not, but it is novel too me. Labeling someone's post a
figment because you apparently don't want to remember it. Oh, never
mind. I guess I'll treat this as a fair request anyway. Here is the
second repeat on my part.

* Basically, some of them aren't really up for debate. If you need your
* business logic outside of your data tier for business or performance
* reasons, then it isn't a programming choice anymore. Similarly, I
* would think with needing to speak more than one SQL language in terms

Let's call the last repeat a figment of email. I hope this is enough
effort for you.

Okay, this has to stop, just for my sanity. Look up straw man
argument. Show me where I provided an example for debate. I didn't.
That is the whole point of your irritation. Mine is that I won't do
it because I think I will have to cover ground that is better
researched on your own. It will give you a fairer and more complete
picture if you don't rely on me to provide the information, and it
would certainly save time if you would just do it.

I have now provided my search terms three times with many additional
repeats provided as you and Arthur requote my posts. I don't know why
keep complaining. I want you to have them. I want you to come back
with stinging rebukes for any of the problems listed. I just don't
want to do a tutorial.
