[dba-SQLServer] Transactions and transaction logs

if you set your transaction log to FULL logging, then ALL transactions
are logged, the ones between the BEGIN and COMMIT / ROLLBACK are for
being able to controll error handling but everything is LOGGED (when
FULL logging is enabled).
