[dba-SQLServer] OT: global search and replace

If you are doing multi language unicode with multiple keyboards, I would 
go with UniPad. It handles all the weird glyphs, 300 languages.
It is free to use for 10 minutes of use then degrades; editing only 
allowed on 1000 character documents.
