DTS is also an option, and gives you more control over what you want to copy: Right-Click Database -> All Tasks -> Export Data Choose the Source and Destination Database Choose 'Copy Objects And Data..' Uncheck 'Copy Data' .. continue select options and objects that you want to copy as required.
