[dba-SQLServer] Quotes in delimited data

Hi Stewart:

VFTViewer does allow you to view very large files but it has two features
missing that would be needed; editing and viewing non text characters/files.

It is a great viewer but to get all the features I think you would have to
roll-your-own or buy one.

For reading very large files I use LFTViewer
