[dba-SQLServer] Administrivia - Server Back Up

Well, the mailserver and list software is back up and running.

Hopefully our problems are all cleared up now. If not, please let me 
know at either listmaster at databaseadvisors.com AND 
carbonnb at sympatico.ca

That way if dba's server is not working, then I will still be able to 
look at it.
