[dba-SQLServer] SQL Server Database Security

To all,

I need to set up a database on SQL Server, which will only allow access
through specific logons (about 10) excluding the good old SA logon etc.
How would I go about doing this, as I can't seem to set it up at the
moment that only I have access to it.....
