Thanks, that worked, and the SP returned exactly one record which was
expected. Now to discover why it doesn't return a record in the VB.Net
code.

To execute an SP through Query Analyser try the following:

EXEC upWebNewsSource_SelectOne 'YourPrimaryKeyValue'

Note include the single quotes around your primary key

How do I execute a SP to see the resulting data.

The SP is:

------------------------------------------------------------------------
----
-----
-- Stored procedure that will select an existing row from the table
'WebNewsSource'
-- based on the Primary Key.
-- Gets: @ID int
------------------------------------------------------------------------
----
-----
CREATE PROCEDURE [dbo].[upWebNewsSource_SelectOne]
	@ID int
AS
SET NOCOUNT ON
-- SELECT an existing row from the table.
SELECT
	[ID],
	[Source],
	[RSSURL],
	[RSSSelect],
	[RSSTitle],
	[RSSLink],
	[RSSDescription]
FROM [dbo].[WebNewsSource]
WHERE
	[ID] = @ID

GO

It is in database RSSFeeds
I am logged in and trying to use query analyzer to execute the SP but
obviously don't know how.

Thanks,
