[dba-SQLServer] Optimizing Stored Procedures and Views

Another thing I have noticed - When I view task manager, the first 
programme fluctuates between 80-90% of the CPU usage, but when run on 
the second database (the one which takes so long to process) the CPU 
usage sits on 99%.
