[dba-SQLServer] HELP!!! sQL SERVER WON'T INSTALL

No, but it could be a conflicting software problem.  That's why I've
recently adopted to creating VM's(Virtual Machines) for first installs of
software, it gets me running on that platform, w/o affectign existing
software already loaded on my machine.
