I have used it a few times, not tested it exhaustively with trick questions, but it worked just fine for me. So there is a wizard available to gets you in over your head quickly and easily. ;-) I love it! John W. Just a note: There is a real demand for Oracle DBAs. If you have experience as well in Oracle the amount that can be demanded for wage/contract work can go over the moon. A local Oracle instructor teaches 3 months a years and works on contract the rest. He contracts out, states side, at $200.00 per hour plus bed, board and transportation. A good Oracle DBA can be an expensive investment.... but as I understand it well worth it. I second and third that emotion about having Oracle DBAs. If your firm has not budgeted for this, they are in for a rude shock. It is much more necessary on Oracle to have a DBA than on SQL Server, where it is also necessary but less so in the sense of life-or-death. That aside, Oracle has a wizard that can migrate Access data to Oracle and it ought to handle almost every data-type transformation required. I have used it a few times, not tested it exhaustively with trick questions, but it worked just fine for me.
