Thank you, Steve, Eric and Martin for the information... So is it just a document manager? I guess it would be great for a lawyers', accounts' or even a government office. Is the app installed automatically, just has to be located and initialized or is it sitting on the Server 2003 installation disks? Is it fairly intuitive or does it require a great deal of preparation. Is the MOSS a client app for desktop stations? Can a ordinary browser use it? Is it fairly straight forward to setup clients? If I decide to play is there any 'gochas' to look out for? First 300 user site goes live July. Out of the box it provides great features. With some programming even more. I am lucky as I have been paired iwth one of the best programmers in the University for this. We are initially using it to drive almost all of our administrative functions. Document sharing, communications etc Its early days and it does have issues once you get beyond the user interface but it is very good. The searching ability it has to search MOSS sites, Exchange and file shares etc is really useful to us. Martin Martin WP Reid Training and Assessment Unit Riddle Hall Belfast tel: 02890 974465
