[dba-SQLServer] Copy a database using a storedprocedure or function

  Let's try to get back on topic.  A bump in the road has distracted us all
from the purpose of the list and spawned off a series of OT email that
evolved into name-calling and ranting.  I appreciate all of you who have
taken the time to be courteous and polite during this discourse.  Let's try
