[dba-SQLServer] Being helpful

Having said this, and having used both 2.0 and 3.0... I really prefer 3.0 it
is a very robust and very helpful tool.  Not to mention it is lightning
fast, it does a much better job of caching and updating as you add new
objects to the database.  in 2.0 the only way to see your new objects was to
manually refresh the cache for 2.0, in 3.0 this seems to have been taken
care of in the background for you.
