[dba-SQLServer] Access 2003 to SQL question (cross posted toaccessd and sqlserver lists)

I found the solution!

First of all, yes I did have a PK in the table.  What I forgot was, the
other guy working on this app added two bit fields and left them with null
values.  As soon as I made them all = 0, everything works fine.
