On the wizard page "Choose Script Options" scroll to the section "Table/View Options" and set "Scrip Data" to True. This is SQL Server 2008 - don't remember if it's the same in 2005. I right-clicked on the db in question, then Tasks, then Generate Scripts, and walked through the wizard, selecting Generate objects, and I got a script that creates all objects but not the data in the tables. Did I miss something here?
