[dba-SQLServer] VS cannot connect to SQL Server 2005

Hi all

Any idea why my VS2008 cannot connect to a SQL Server 2005 Express on a remote machine? Plenty of reasons, I know, except from the fact that I from SQL Management Studio also on my workstation nicely can connect to that server:
