[dba-SQLServer] Where are foreign key constraints?

That folder is for general constraints which you create (FieldA > x and FieldB < y)

Table Relationship constraints are not stored there.

Go to Database - Tables - TableName. Right click, select modify.  In the right hand pane, 
right click and select Relationships.
