[dba-SQLServer] Problem Finding Database Engine

I don't see an item in the service tray indicating that. Also, I can't
remember how to invoke the engine manager itself (been on other projects
lately and haven't been using SQL lately). Or perhaps it's a KPI of
Alzheimers...
