[dba-SQLServer] SSMS for 2012 Express

I finally got everything up and running. Finally. And as I go, I'm learning
a few things about working with tiles (WIn8). I've rearranged my Start
tiles to include the programs I use most. Top left tile is now Desktop,
beneath it Chrome and FireFox, SSMS now too, and various other apps. I like
this!
