Bloody Hell Arthur,
That is news you never want to hear about yourself (or anyone you know). I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for all the help you have provide me (and everyone on these lists) over the years. Your insights and experience have been deeply valuable.
Whilst we have never met in person, I find that all of folks on these lists become like friends (or at least colleagues) over the years and you care about what happens to them.
You will be missed Arthur.

I have less than 60 days to live, according to the physicians at my hospital.I just want to say Thanks to you all, for your contributions not only to me but also this worldwide community that has envigrated me and made me feel that life was worth living.
I had a good trip, and now it''s over, within days. Goodbye, my friends. I don't know how to tell you how much you enhanced my life, but you did. It's time to say goodbye, and I love you all, and have profited from you all.
Thank you for enhancing my life. Might be a few more days, but this needed to be said. I met a lot of friends here and this will not be forgotten,

Arthur
