[dba-SQLServer] Replacement for SSMS and/or Query

I do not know how good Toad for SQL is but Toad for Oracle was awesome.

Since sending that email, I have found two, both of which I've heard of but
never used: Heidi SQL and Toad for SQL Server. I'll download them now and
kick their wheels.
