[dba-SQLServer] SQL Dev and LocalDB

Given that I am a developer, my natural instinct led me to install SQL
Server Developer, since it has all the tools I need for that. But the
client will be running LocalDB, which leads to two questions:
1. Can I install LocalDB alongside SQL Developer? Do I need to?
2. The client will just be running LocalDB, with none of the tools. Given
that I'll be doing my work in SQL Developer, can I just copy said work to
LocalDB and have it work as expected?
