Thanks for responding. No, I know about Gibson Research. The site that was
the topic of the e-mail had a registration page of some kind describing what
would happen once the tests began. As I said, several e-mails were then sent
to my machine, each one trying to perform some nasty little surprise: run a
VB script, send e-mail to somebody else, start a Windows application, etc.
Some of these e-mails were de-fanged by Norton AntiVirus and ZoneAlarm, but
others weren't.

I'm pretty sure it was www.gfi.com ; however, their site has changed and the
emphasis is on network mail security products. I guess I'll contact them to
see if they were, indeed, the folks that offered that e-mail test suite.
