[dba-Tech] FORM TEXT codes in word

I have a client who is getting FORM TEXT code in a official word
doucment to fill in.
Its a kind of form document to fill in, only in the specific fields.
 
This FORM TEXT codes only appears at his computer/user profile.
This must be a setting somewhere in word to see the form codes but I
can't find it anywhere.
 
Any clues?
