[dba-Tech] Delete contents of this folder?

That's where your personal message store and address book are kept for OE, I
wouldn't delete that if I were you!

I've got a folder  on my box with 2.58GB of stuff:

C:\Documents and Settings\Rocky Smolin\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{3203D4E4-3933-4654-8ACC-63655A457D5D}\Microsoft\Outlook
Express

and I'm wondering what it is and if it can be deleted.  Anybody know?
