If HKEY_USERS contains all the reg info for all users I assume that I can edit any user's settings without being logged on as them (ie without them being HKCU). Pls correct me if I'm wrong. So the qusetion then is how do I identify, from the id's under HKEY_USERS, whose reg info belongs to each user? -- Andy Lacey http://www.minstersystems.co.uk
