Have a look at a unicode editor

or switch your keyboard to cyrillic via control panel.

I'd like to type the characters in from the keyboard. For example, to get the Cyrillic letter Zhe into a document, Character Map says that the Unicode is U+0416. How do I type that at the keyboard?
