[dba-Tech] RunDLL32

I've tried that - no go. when starting msconfig, I get these:

http://www.ourmailinglist.org/ofotoscreens/msconfigerror2.jpg
http://www.ourmailinglist.org/ofotoscreens/msconfigerror3.jpg
http://www.ourmailinglist.org/ofotoscreens/msconfigerror4.jpg
after which it finally opens.

I take the checkmark out of the pertinant Ofoto thing, but it won't "take". I've tried "apply" and OK both. Sometimes when I try, it won't close and I have to end task. Sometimes things *look* like they've worked alright but after I reboot, the blasted checkmark is back. It just will not allow me to *not* run that RunDLL.
