[dba-Tech] RunDLL32

It sounds suspiciously like some OTHER piece of ofoto (copy protection?) is
still out there running.  When it runs, it puts this problem back in.

No cigar. Ran both AdAware and SpyBot, then tried again to delete the $%^&
Ofoto thing and it still won't go away.
