[dba-Tech] How do I unlock the Registry (was RunDLL32)

Yup, you had it right, my eyes just "assumed" it wrong. But regedt32 doesn't find Ofoto anyplace, and when I drill down from HKEY_CURRENT_USER to Software, there is no Windows folder to drill down further.
