[dba-Tech] ESB tools and technologies

Hi All,

Enterprise Service Bus seems to become a hot topic! Does anybody use
them in real life Enterprise Integration Solutions for small businesses?
If yes, are they really worth and mature enough to use them instead of
custom hand-made solutions?
I'm first of all interested in FioranoESB and related products of
Fiorano Software, Inc. (http://www.fiorano.com) - anybody uses them?
