[dba-Tech] DLL Search

Anyone know a website to identify where a DLL comes from (and perhaps to
download one). I've tried the MS DLL search and it's not one of theirs, and
the sites I've tried don't recognise it. It's crsc.dll BTW in case anyone
knows it.
