[dba-Tech] SLow Up An MP3

I've used the Wave Editor applet in Nero but not for that type of
modification. There is a time correction feature in Wave Editor but I'm not
sure if this will work for slowing down the tempo. MP3.com usually has good
reviews of every kind of audio software.

I have an MP3 I'm trying to play along with but the temp is too fast.  I'd
like to slow it down to where I can play with it and then gradually increase
the tempo.

Does anyone know of software which will do this?
