[dba-Tech] Excel Question

I'm looking for "go to", which I can find on the menu, but it doesn't do
what I want. What I want is this: I visit a cell whose formula says,
"=AE145" or something similar. I want a keystroke that takes me right
there without having to scroll to get there -- and once there, a
keystroke that will return me to where I was.

Is there such a beast?
