Does it just reboot the pc, or do you get a warning? If it's a warning, I'd say that it was worth checking for viruses/mal-ware etc. Don't trust just one program to do it either - for spyware, use Spybot and Ad-Aware, and for viruses use Stinger (free and downloadable one shot virus scanner) and maybe Panda online if you have a fast connection and you don't want to pay for an AV solution at the moment.
