restaurants in your area?

Ever tried chocolate chicken? Definitely NOT what you can find in your
typical tex-Mex or California-Mex restaurants, but fantastic! Lest the
unfamiliar think it's an Oh Henry! bar melted atop a chicken it is most
definitely not. Think baker's chocolate with a healthy sprinkle of chili
powder. That best describes it.

Huachinango remains my fave Mexican dish. Baked red snapper. As served
in Zihuatanejo, it is incomparable.
