Over here some ISP only renew IP every X hour. Thats nothing new on itself but you can not get an IP address in that timeframe if you connect a new router. I'm not explaining myself to good here :-) What I wanna say is when you connect a new device you gonna have to wait until the old IP lease has time out before your new device will get a new IP.
