John: Fixed it. Law of averages I guess. Something finally worked. I googled a site: http://windowsxp.mvps.org/sendtomail.htm and copied these two commands into the Run box: MSIMN.EXE /REG regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles%\Outlook Express\msoe.dll" Then OE showed up in my internet options programs mail program combo box and all is well. Windows...you gotta love it...
