Another free replacement option is Pegasus Mail. It's not open source, but it's been around for about 15 years, and AFAIC is the best e-mail client available. It's got a lot of good safety features built into it. Mainly it does not run any sort of scripts or activeX's and will not download images from the web, unless you explicitly tell it to. Keeps you safe from all sorts of nasties. -- Bryan Carbonnell - carbonnb at gmail.com Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "What a great ride!"
