The obvious thing to check is that it hasn't installed itself in the startup folder... if it has, delete the item and all will be well again. If that's not it, install Spybot and go to Tools/Startup and have a look through the entries in there until you see something with the name of the folder you're looking for, highlight and delete the entry.
