[dba-Tech] Spybot

Spybot Search and Destroy version 1.4 is out, and it's good... it's scans
run faster than 1.3, and it has more detection rules, and blocks nearly 1000
more things than the last update set for 1.3 (In Win 2k anyway). As far as I
can tell, the updates are the same, but it looks smoother and more
professional than before. I'm going to give it a bit more testing today, on
a couple of pcs, but I think it's better than ever already.
