The key in the registry that keeps track of the default email client
registered on a computer
There maybe more than one mail client
HKLM/software/clients/mail
For example Netscape
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Mail\Netscape\protocols\mailto\shell\open\command
check the string is pointing to something like "C:\...... Netscape.exe %1
There are a lot solutions to the problem just as there causes so google
search on - sendto registry key
